Tell us about yourself, and why you support the renewable energy movement.: I'm a cloth-diapering, recycling, composting, slow-food supporting, first time mom To a beautiful daughter and I want her to be able to hike, and see trees, and see this earth and all its natural glory!
I use green bags, even bring my own containers to take out restaurants, I buy earth-friendly products, cleaners, support local agriculture, support solar technoloy, try to walk everywhere I can,

Do you have tips on how to conserve and be more energy-efficient?: try to by from bulk bins, to avoid accumulating containers,
take own to go tubberware for take out restaurants,
walk/bike as much as u can!!!!!, get rid of your grass lawn!!!!!
minimize pre-packaged food...cook from fresh ingredients, by a water filter and stop buying bottled water (cheaper as well!!!) Make your own coffee in a traveling mug, spend more time outside in nature, the less time you spend at home the less electricity you use!!! Dress warmer/cooler, avoid heating/ac...
